ADVANTAGES
Stereotypes may help you to get a general idea of something. If the are funny both sides can have a pleasant confrontation without getting offended.
DISADVANTAGES
With stereotypes we tend to look more at the peoples appearance and we can not enjoy the meeting in the best way, because we have a certain idea stuck in our mind. We feel like we do not have anything more to discover about what is different from us.
Stereotypes can be good until they become discrimination.
Prejudice:
An emotion that effects us in the way we feel about something. It is not that bad, because when you decide to try even hard to know the thing or person you have them about, you could find out how different it is form the idea in your mind.

Discrimination:
A behavior that effects us in the way we act in some situations. It is difficult to overcome, because if we start making a move in a certain way you are very sure about it and it is difficult be convinced by the opposite.
